open class TableCell : Object, TableCellProtocol
Being AtkTable a component which present elements ordered via rows
and columns, an AtkTableCell is the interface which each of those
elements, so “cells” should implement.

The TableCell type acts as a reference-counted owner of an underlying AtkTableCell instance.
It provides the methods that can operate on this data type through TableCellProtocol conformance.
