IconSet
open class IconSet : IconSetProtocol
The IconSet
type acts as a reference-counted owner of an underlying GtkIconSet
instance.
It provides the methods that can operate on this data type through IconSetProtocol
conformance.
Use IconSet
as a strong reference or owner of a GtkIconSet
instance.
-
Untyped pointer to the underlying `GtkIconSet` instance.
For type-safe access, use the generated, typed pointer
icon_set_ptr
property instead.Declaration
Swift
public let ptr: UnsafeMutableRawPointer!
-
Designated initialiser from the underlying
C
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theIconSet
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(_ op: UnsafeMutablePointer<GtkIconSet>)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Designated initialiser from a constant pointer to the underlying
C
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theIconSet
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(_ op: UnsafePointer<GtkIconSet>)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Optional initialiser from a non-mutating
gpointer
to the underlyingC
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theIconSet
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init!(gpointer op: gpointer?)
Parameters
op
gpointer to the underlying object
-
Optional initialiser from a non-mutating
gconstpointer
to the underlyingC
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theIconSet
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init!(gconstpointer op: gconstpointer?)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Optional initialiser from a constant pointer to the underlying
C
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theIconSet
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init!(_ op: UnsafePointer<GtkIconSet>?)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Optional initialiser from the underlying
C
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theIconSet
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init!(_ op: UnsafeMutablePointer<GtkIconSet>?)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Designated initialiser from the underlying
C
data type. Will retainGtkIconSet
. i.e., ownership is transferred to theIconSet
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(retaining op: UnsafeMutablePointer<GtkIconSet>)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Reference intialiser for a related type that implements
IconSetProtocol
Will retainGtkIconSet
.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init<T>(_ other: T) where T : IconSetProtocol
Parameters
other
an instance of a related type that implements
IconSetProtocol
-
Unsafe typed initialiser. Do not use unless you know the underlying data type the pointer points to conforms to
IconSetProtocol
.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init<T>(cPointer p: UnsafeMutablePointer<T>)
Parameters
cPointer
pointer to the underlying object
-
Unsafe typed, retaining initialiser. Do not use unless you know the underlying data type the pointer points to conforms to
IconSetProtocol
.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init<T>(retainingCPointer cPointer: UnsafeMutablePointer<T>)
Parameters
cPointer
pointer to the underlying object
-
Unsafe untyped initialiser. Do not use unless you know the underlying data type the pointer points to conforms to
IconSetProtocol
.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(raw p: UnsafeRawPointer)
Parameters
p
raw pointer to the underlying object
-
Unsafe untyped, retaining initialiser. Do not use unless you know the underlying data type the pointer points to conforms to
IconSetProtocol
.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(retainingRaw raw: UnsafeRawPointer)
-
Unsafe untyped initialiser. Do not use unless you know the underlying data type the pointer points to conforms to
IconSetProtocol
.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public required init(raw p: UnsafeMutableRawPointer)
Parameters
p
mutable raw pointer to the underlying object

IconSetProtocol
.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(retainingRaw raw: UnsafeMutableRawPointer)
Parameters
raw

@inlinable public init(retainingOpaquePointer p: OpaquePointer)
Parameters
p
opaque pointer to the underlying object

Creates a new
GtkIconSet
. AGtkIconSet
represents a single icon in various sizes and widget states. It can provide aGdkPixbuf
for a given size and state on request, and automatically caches some of the renderedGdkPixbuf
objects.Normally you would use
gtk_widget_render_icon_pixbuf()
instead of usingGtkIconSet
directly. The one case where you’d useGtkIconSet
is to create application-specific icon sets to place in aGtkIconFactory
.new is deprecated: Use #GtkIconTheme instead.
Declaration
Swift
@available(*, deprecated) @inlinable public init()
-
Creates a new
GtkIconSet
withpixbuf
as the default/fallback source image. If you don’t add any additionalGtkIconSource
to the icon set, all variants of the icon will be created frompixbuf
, using scaling, pixelation, etc. as required to adjust the icon size or make the icon look insensitive/prelighted.new_from_pixbuf is deprecated: Use #GtkIconTheme instead.
Declaration
Swift
@available(*, deprecated) @inlinable public init<PixbufT>(pixbuf: PixbufT) where PixbufT : PixbufProtocol
