MountOperation
open class MountOperation : GIO.MountOperation, MountOperationProtocol
GtkMountOperation
is an implementation of GMountOperation
.
The functions and objects described here make working with GTK and GIO more convenient.
GtkMountOperation
is needed when mounting volumes:
It is an implementation of GMountOperation
that can be used with
GIO functions for mounting volumes such as
g_file_mount_enclosing_volume()
, g_file_mount_mountable()
,
g_volume_mount()
, g_mount_unmount_with_operation()
and others.
When necessary, GtkMountOperation
shows dialogs to let the user
enter passwords, ask questions or show processes blocking unmount.
The MountOperation
type acts as a reference-counted owner of an underlying GtkMountOperation
instance.
It provides the methods that can operate on this data type through MountOperationProtocol
conformance.
Use MountOperation
as a strong reference or owner of a GtkMountOperation
instance.
-
Designated initialiser from the underlying `C` data type.
This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to the
MountOperation
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(_ op: UnsafeMutablePointer<GtkMountOperation>)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Designated initialiser from a constant pointer to the underlying
C
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theMountOperation
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(_ op: UnsafePointer<GtkMountOperation>)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Optional initialiser from a non-mutating
gpointer
to the underlyingC
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theMountOperation
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable override public init!(gpointer op: gpointer?)
Parameters
op
gpointer to the underlying object
-
Optional initialiser from a non-mutating
gconstpointer
to the underlyingC
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theMountOperation
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable override public init!(gconstpointer op: gconstpointer?)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Optional initialiser from a constant pointer to the underlying
C
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theMountOperation
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init!(_ op: UnsafePointer<GtkMountOperation>?)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Optional initialiser from the underlying
C
data type. This creates an instance without performing an unbalanced retain i.e., ownership is transferred to theMountOperation
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init!(_ op: UnsafeMutablePointer<GtkMountOperation>?)
Parameters
op
pointer to the underlying object
-
Designated initialiser from the underlying
C
data type. Will retainGtkMountOperation
. i.e., ownership is transferred to theMountOperation
instance.Declaration
Swift
@inlinable public init(retaining op: UnsafeMutablePointer<GtkMountOperation>)
Parameters
op

-
Reference intialiser for a related type that implements
MountOperationProtocol
Will retainGtkMountOperation
