PrinterRef
public struct PrinterRef : PrinterProtocol, GWeakCapturing
A GtkPrinter
object represents a printer.
You only need to deal directly with printers if you use the
non-portable [classGtk.PrintUnixDialog
] API.
A GtkPrinter
allows to get status information about the printer,
such as its description, its location, the number of queued jobs,
etc. Most importantly, a GtkPrinter
object can be used to create
a [classGtk.PrintJob
] object, which lets you print to the printer.
The PrinterRef
type acts as a lightweight Swift reference to an underlying GtkPrinter
instance.
It exposes methods that can operate on this data type through PrinterProtocol
conformance.
Use PrinterRef
only as an unowned
reference to an existing GtkPrinter
instance.
-
Untyped pointer to the underlying `GtkPrinter` instance.
For type-safe access, use the generated, typed pointer
printer_ptr
property instead.Declaration
