GestureRotateRef
public struct GestureRotateRef : GestureRotateProtocol, GWeakCapturing
                GtkGestureRotate is a GtkGesture for 2-finger rotations.
Whenever the angle between both handled sequences changes, the
[signalGtk.GestureRotate::angle-changed] signal is emitted.
The GestureRotateRef type acts as a lightweight Swift reference to an underlying GtkGestureRotate instance.
It exposes methods that can operate on this data type through GestureRotateProtocol conformance.
Use GestureRotateRef only as an unowned reference to an existing GtkGestureRotate instance.
